Leak Masters Canada

Jim Richmond – Leak Masters Owner

Leak Masters has been in business since 1997, serving Canadians for the past 14 years repairing wet and damp basements and fixing cracked and leaking home foundations.

After purchasing our first home in the winter, we quickly encountered leaking damp smelly basement issues when the warmer spring weather came and the water unfroze and started to flow under and around our house.

After contacting a few local contractors, we found that most wet basement repair solutions at the time were very expensive and involved a lot of work. We quickly decided the best way to fix the problem was to learn more about it and if possible, to correct the problems ourselves. So with a lot of research, we developed an interior drainage system that we would allow us to fix our wet basement without having to tear up our landscaping and garage floor. Saving thousands in costs and many hours in manual labour.

After successfully fixing our wet basement, we decided to share our solution with others who had landed in the same situation we did. From there our business grew.

We are family owned and operated business that is fully insured.

With the crazy canadian winters in Barrie, we have noticed some leaking in our basement. We called Jim and he was able to give us a quote and complete the work within a week. He also did a great job and we are no longer worried about the thaw this spring.
